Hello CCSJ Students and Faculty,

I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. I am Kerry Knowles, your Student Assistance Program (SAP) Counselor. I hope that you are able to take some time to come over and say hello because I am very excited to be here on campus and to meet you. You do not need a referral, and everything is strictly confidential!! I provide an eclectic approach to therapy/counseling including, but not limited to, Humanistic, Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga (movement), Art, Cognitive Behavior, and EMDR. I believe that using an integrated holistic approach facilitates meeting the needs of the individual where they are and in achieving personal goals. I can provide you with useful tools that you can integrate into your daily life to help you be the best possible you. My objective is to provide a calming environment in which you feel safe and comfortable to explore your therapeutic journey.

I hope to meet you soon!
